Full-Service Property Management
Fees:
No Initiation fees
Monthly management fee: 8% of rent collected
- Multi Property/Military Discount: 7% ($99 minimum each unit)
Leasing fee: 50% of the first months rent.
Lease Renewal Fee: $150
90-Day Trial Period: If unsatisfied within first 90 days, cancel at no additional cost and refund of Management Fees.
